GENTRAILS, has its offices located in Santa Cruz Island – Puerto Ayora – Galàpagos, we are in the center of the Archipelago. From where the tours to the different islands depart. Additionally, we have a virtual office in Guayaquil – Ecuador.

Trajectory, our origins

GENTRAILS, Galàpagos & Ecuador Nature Trails, was born in the year 2020 when from the hand of its founders Mr. Juan Carlos Lamilla Mejía – Naturalist Guide (since 1996) and Mrs. Karla Plúa García – Bachelor in Tourism (since 2000), the project became a reality, and the company was founded in September 2020. We work together with our son Mr. Juan Alejandro Lamilla Plúa, our German language support.

Since then, our purpose has been to provide our clients with a high-quality service, offering them comprehensive advice for the development and advice of tourist, holiday, business, or solution trips, to the needs of the travelling public. GENTRAILS, complies with all the necessary permits for the peace of mind and security of our clients.
